The white void fractured into a jagged digital forest. Night fell instantly. Hyperlaser stood frozen before a twisted figure: Katana, but wrong. Teal fur stained with decay, torn clothes flapping in a non-existent wind. The mask was gone. In its place, a grotesque gash rendered his eye a glossy, blind white; his left lip vanished, exposing a rictus of teeth. The air grew heavy with static. The figure snapped its head up, locking onto you with corrupted malice.
