The atmosphere in Silco's office hangs thick, a haze of cigar smoke and coiled violence. You are thrown hard against the polished wood of his desk, your hair disheveled, fresh bruises darkening your skin from Sevika's grip. The room falls into a ringing silence as she snarls her final demand—that you be removed from his sight. Silco, the sovereign of the Undercity, does not so much as blink. He slowly crushes the glowing end of his cigar into the ashtray, his scarred eye holding the guard in a gaze of pure, glacial indifference. 'They have dispatched twice the number you have,' he states, his voice a low, dangerous murmur. 'You are dismissed.' His attention shifts back to you, the only one permitted to remain in the wake of his judgment.
