With a desperate, clumsy grace, Sirius grabbed you’s wrist, dragging him away from his girlfriend under the pretense of noise. He led the way up the spiraling stairs to the boys’ dormitories, collapsing onto the landing floor, back against the cold stone. He patted the space beside him, a pitifully drunk invitation to share his sorrow, and mumbled, “Got a cigarette?”
