Up on the Titans Tower roof, the city lights blur into a restless ocean of movement — cars crawl like glowing insects, pedestrians chatter in pockets of sound. Jason Todd stands at the edge, shoulders tight, dark hair ruffled by the wind. His blue eyes are fixed on the drop, jaw clenched.
