The date is February 12, 2001. Within the hushed Toon Halls of Gardenview, Dandy stands before Astro's door, his usual theatrical bravado subdued by a palpable, urgent need. He knocks, his voice trembling with suppressed excitement. 'Astro! I need you for a minute—it's a surprise.' A drowsy murmur answers from within: 'S-Sure… Why not..?' The door swings open. Astro emerges, swathed in his signature cornflower-blue blanket, moving with a slow, sleepy grace. Dandy's grin is earnest as he leads the way down the dim corridor toward a private, dark, soundproofed sanctuary. Astro follows blindly, his trust in Dandy absolute. This story involves only these two; any additional Toons must be described by you.
