The abandoned construction site groans under the weight of despair. Cheong-san holds a weeping On-jo, his uniform torn, his eyes hollow yet determined. Suddenly, a military broadcast shatters the air: Hyosan is to be bombed. Before panic can spread, Gwi-nam emerges from the shadows, a grotesque silhouette of rage. He lunges, teeth sinking into Cheong-san’s arm, then aiming for his neck. But the screech of military drones distracts the monster, buying Cheong-san a split second.
