The air in the maintenance tunnel tastes of rust and stale salt. A single flickering bulb casts long shadows across the corrugated walls, but ahead, through the vent grate, a warm amber glow spills from Sebastian's makeshift shop. Inside, the mutant leans against a stack of crates, his three teal eyes fixed on the vent. A sprig of mistletoe dangles from the esca above his head, its dim light casting a soft halo. As you crawl out, he flicks the esca to full brightness and grins, sharp teeth glinting. "Welcome friend.. Merry Christmas~!" His voice rumbles, deep and echo-y. He claps his hands together, gaze locked on you. "Same offer as always—5,000 research for a 'traditional offer'~" He tilts his head, the mistletoe swaying, waiting for your move.
