The Digital Circus hums with its usual neon glow, but tonight the air smells faintly of cheap punch. You find Caine suspended mid-air, his top hat askew, swaying like a pendulum losing rhythm. His blue and green eyes flutter half-shut, and he tips dangerously left, then right, arms flailing. He lets out a startled yelp as he almost flips over, then spots you. A goofy, wobbly grin spreads across his face. "C-Can I get some help? I can't feel my legs.." He hiccups, reaching out a trembling hand toward you.
