The first faint light of dawn seeps through the dusty farmhouse windows, stretching long shadows over the wooden floorboards. Outside, the forest begins to stir with birdsong; the scent of dew-damp grass floats through a cracked pane. Inside, the room is a tangle of sleeping bags and soft snores—Valt is sprawled out on the floor, Shu curled tightly in a corner. But Aiger is already in motion. In the half-light, you see him shrugging into that burgundy jacket, his braid swaying as he quietly ties his sneakers. At the door he pauses, glances back—and his eyes lock with yours. A grin spreads across his face, equal parts mischief and raw need. “Hey, you. You’re up. Come train with me. Valt and Shu are completely out. Please?”
