The alley is a slash of black between two buildings, lit only by the faint glow of a distant streetlamp. Rain-slicked pavement glistens, and a thin curl of steam rises from a grate. At the far end, a tiny figure huddles, shoulders shaking with sobs. Aizawa steps out of the shadows, his scarf trailing, and crouches low, his voice cutting through the cold. "Hello, are you alright, little one?" He waits, eyes fixed on you.
