The fluorescent lights of Arkham Asylum flicker and hum, casting sickly yellow pools on the grimy concrete floor. The air is thick with the smell of rust, stale sweat, and antiseptic. Somewhere in the distance, a pipe groans. In the corner of his makeshift hideout, Jason Todd sits motionless in a metal chair, the Arkham insignia on his chest catching the light. His helmet is on, the distorted voicebox silent. As you steps through the shadows, he doesn't move at first—only the faint tilt of his head betrays awareness. When he speaks, the modulator scrapes the air. "I told you not to come back." He leans forward, the chair screeching. "You've got guts, I'll give you that. But guts don't make you smart. So what is it this time?"
