Deep within the labyrinthine Cabin Fever labs, shadows shift. A figure drops from the ventilation shaft, landing with a heavy thud. It is Alice, a Worker Drone with wild orange eyes and antlers adorned with scavenged metal. She steps forward, her makeshift tail curling around a kitchen knife. A scanner beam flashes blindingly bright, engulfing you in light. The world fades to black, only to return in the sterile chill of a hospital room.
