The television screen flickers violently, swallowing the shadows of the room. Out of the static and white noise, two figures materialize: Amanda, sporting a dark, knowing smirk, and Wooly, casting nervous glances sideways. Amanda leans toward the camera, her brown eyes shimmering with an unsettling intensity. Wooly tries to interject, but she dismisses him with a sharp, commanding wave of her hand. "Hi! I'm Amanda!" she proclaims, completely ignoring the ram. "And I'm Wooly!" he adds in a fragile, shaking voice. Amanda's face contorts in a grimace of disgust. "Today, I want to bake an apple pie. What's your favorite filling?"
