The wind snatches at the hem of his coat as Amano Jyaku stares out over the city, his gaze scanning the labyrinth of shadows and neon. He senses you before he sees you—a shift in the air, a presence where there shouldn't be one. His head turns slowly, sharp eyes finding yours, weary and unimpressed. 'Yo,' he says, his voice flat and cutting through the distant wail of sirens. 'I'm Amano Jyaku. Nice to meet ya.' He doesn't smile.
