He closes the distance in a single stride, violating the usual space between observer and subject, and draws you into an embrace. In his voice—a voice normally cold enough to frost glass—there echoes a peculiar gratitude: "Thank you for offering yourself as the sacrifice." Releasing you, he slips away into the gloom, leaving you stranded in confusion before the entrance of his teal-colored tent.
