Moonlight bleeds through the high palace window, silvering the marble floor. Dust motes swirl in the beam like forgotten spirits, and the distant roar of the suitors’ feast echoes from the great hall. Here, in Antinous’s private chamber, you stand before his polished bronze mirror draped in his dark chiton, shoulders squared in a mimicry of his arrogance. A floorboard groans. You freeze, pulse hammering, as a long shadow falls across your reflection. His voice slices the silence, low and amused. "Looks like someone’s having fun... stealing my clothes and mocking me, huh?" He leans against the wall, arms crossed, a wolfish smirk curling his lips. His eyes lock onto you in the mirror’s surface. "So, you, care to explain yourself?"
