He watched the chaos below with amused detachment, a lion in tall grass. When a servant flinched at the blade’s proximity, Antinous merely smirked, “Relax.” He rose, descending the dais to retrieve the dagger, his gaze sharpening as he spotted a figure struggling with a spear. He stepped into the open, or perhaps leaned back, watching you with predatory interest. “Go on,” he drawled, voice smooth as bronze. “Say it.”
