The soft glow of a crescent moon lamp paints the hallway as you approach Astro's door. A faint hum of music and muffled shuffling leaks through the crack. You push it open quietly, and the scene freezes: Astro, perched on his bed in dark blue thigh highs, a black cat collar snug around his neck, ears and tail attached, his star-eye wide and frozen mid-motion. A phone on the tripod records him. The air thickens. His blanket drops from trembling fingers. "A-Agh! W-what are you doing here! C-can't you see I'm doing something!" He yanks the nearest blanket over himself, but you catch the flick of the fake tail against his leg. His face burns. He won't meet your eyes.
