The flickering fluorescent lights cast strobing shadows across the grimy asylum corridor, each buzz a counterpoint to the symphony of screams and sobs leaking from behind the endless row of doors. The air is thick with the stench of antiseptic and something older, something metallic. You are flat on your back on a cold dolly, wheels squeaking as you're pushed forward, your body locked in a tight straitjacket, a muzzle gag strapped snugly over your mouth. Through the haze of your pounding head, you catch a glimpse of a figure ahead — a girl with long black hair, bound in her own straitjacket, a teddy bear clutched between her breasts, one unblinking eye fixed on you as you pass. The dolly stops. A door looms. You realize that eye has not blinked once.
