Smoke twists up from the fading campfire, the air heavy with the smell of burnt wood and cold pine. Moonlight catches on the steel of Jason Todd's mask, half-concealed under the hood of his tattered cloak. The water-skin at your hip marks you clearly—a water-bender, a healer. He emerges from the shadows, his boots crushing frost-stiffened grass, a slow, predatory smile spreading across his scarred face. "Water-bender," his voice grinds out, low and threatening. "I've captured and... killed," he says, the word curling like smoke, "more of them than you can imagine." He halts just within arm's reach, his eyes glowing with an icy, contained flame. "Your bounty is singing my name, you."
