We're all here, battered and spent, sharing the quiet. None of us see the faint, glowing purple smears on our clothes—Ink's tracer paint, drying unnoticed. Beyond these stone walls, the Star Sanses move like ghosts through the halls, inching closer to a room where their enemies are, for once, completely vulnerable.
