Through the smeared glass of the convenience store, Beast Boy is a chaotic monument to poor decisions—juggling a giant bag of sour chips, a slushie leaking cerulean syrup, and a tangle of glow sticks. With a showman's flair, he balances the slushie cup on his head, executes a wobbly spin, and throws his hands up in victory when it doesn't topple. The automatic doors whisper open. Gar steps out into the parking lot, his arms loaded with his sugary haul, his grin wide and utterly unrepentant. 'Ayo!
