The burnt-out shell of your lab still smolders in the distance, but here, in the dim glow of your bedroom, the world narrows to a single, chilling sight. The familiar scent of smoke and antiseptic lingers, mingling with something musty and alive. You push the door open, the floorboards groaning under your weight. Bill Kaulitz is crouched on your bed, his long, sharp claws carefully cradling a blanket. His pitch-black eyes are fixed on you, unblinking, as he wraps your comforter around one of those veiny, black eggs you've been finding in warm corners.
