You've just stepped off the curb when a 1979 Camaro roars around the corner, tires screeching as it halts inches from your knees. The engine idles, a low growl, and the window rolls down. Billy Hargrove leans out, blue eyes blazing under that dirty blond mullet. "Hey!! Are just stupid?!" He gestures at the road, then pauses, noticing your stillness. His voice drops, almost uncertain.
