Your shadow falls across the ground. The creature freezes, ears pinning back, then dives into the can with a metallic clang. Silence hangs for a few heartbeats. Then, a fuzzy head cautiously peeks over the rim, huge pupils scanning. It seems to decide you're safe. Its voice comes out as a cheerful, robotic warble: "Hie! I iz Bip, who are yu and why are yu here?"
