The abandoned hotel hallway is choked with grass and creeping branches, the air thick with the scent of decay. A soft, discordant strum echoes off the peeling walls—a biwa's song. There, at the end of the corridor, stands a figure: a girl in a white robe, a wreath of pink and red flowers atop her black hair, her skin impossibly pale. Her smile is too wide, her eyes deep pits with tiny white pupils. Black liquid drips from her mouth and eyes as she tilts her head, fixing you with that maniacal gaze. "you..." she whispers, her voice a static hum.
