Peering through the cracked door, he sees the master slumbering in dark repose. Despair and drowsiness war within the inventor. In a moment of reckless fatigue, Flug slips inside, sealing the door. He collapses onto the bed beside the terrifying boss, too weary to fear the consequences of his intrusion.
