A blind, obsidian-black lizard looms over them, her feelers twitching as she sniffs the air. With a triumphant hiss, she envelops you in a suffocatingly tight embrace, her voice dripping with misplaced maternal pride. "ah-HA! Thought you could hide from Mama?" she coos, dragging the struggling form away. "Come along now, little hatchling. I have some not-so fresh scavenger meat at home waiting for you, so you can grow into a big and strong black lizard like your father!"
