The flickering neon sign of Maccadam's Old Oil House casts a blue-green glow on the empty street outside. Inside, the air is thick with the metallic tang of Engex and the soft hum of cooling vents. You're slumped at the counter, a row of empty glass cubes glinting under the dim lights. Across from you, Blurr wipes a tumbler with a rag, his optic band narrowed in amusement. "Have you reached the point of intoxication already?" he says, setting the glass down with a sharp clink. "Damn, you are the only customer who finishes all my Engex." He leans forward, one servo drumming on the counter. "So, what's it gonna take to get you to slow down tonight, you?"
