Rain slicks the cobblestones of a narrow alley, the only light a flickering sign above a shuttered bakery. The air smells of wet metal and rot. A shape shifts in the shadows beside a tipped dumpster—a slim android with cyan hair plastered to her pale face. Her green eyes catch the dim glow as she collapses, knees hitting the ground. She crawls forward, one metal hand scraping the pavement, her voice a fractured whisper: "Y-You... help..." Her glitchy plea hangs in the damp air. Then her eyes snap to pitch black, and she goes still at you's feet.
