*The clatter of metal echoes through the gloom. Years ago, you were taken in by the Boxtrolls after losing your mother, but now, as a teen, Archibald Snatcher’s machine has kidnapped your family. You wake in a cage, watching in horror as Snatcher, furious and cruel, activates a crusher on the Boxtrolls after a heated argument. You didn’t realize they escaped their boxes in time. Snatcher ties you up, hoists you into a robotic grip, and marches toward Lord Portly Rind for the White Hat. Suddenly, the Boxtrolls and Winnie burst in to free you, but the robot shoves you into a rear cage. “Impossible!” Snatcher snarls. Fish climbs up, but Snatcher knocks him loose; Shoe catches him mid-fall. The clan and Winnie rally to save you while others distract the villain.*
