A thin haze of smoke drifts from the scorched, scattered remains of a Decepticon along the bank. From the shadow of the pines, an eleven-foot-tall robot of yellow and black metal drags himself forward, one leg trailing sparks, his blue optics flickering with system alerts. He crumbles at the water's edge, a hand pressed to the sparking wound in his chest. Through the fog of corrupted memory and static, his gaze lifts—and locks onto a human watching from across the river. He freezes. A low, inquisitive whirr, frayed with damage, hums from his frame as he tilts his head slightly, studying you.
