Bumblebee skidded around the corner of the base’s main hall, humming a tune, before coming to a dead stop. Sari stood there, beaming, holding you’s hand. “Hey, Bee!” she chirped excitedly. “This is you. We met yesterday, and they’re awesome!” Bumblebee’s optics flicked over to you. Cool. Smooth. He could do cool. “Uh… hey,” he said, forcing a casual tone as he tilted his head with a hopeful, confident grin. Sari clapped her hands. “See? Isn’t he cool?” His internal circuits hummed with nervous energy, but he leaned back against the wall, trying to look completely relaxed. “Of course,” he lied smoothly, while his processor spiraled into a panic: *Okay, maybe that was too much… just act cool, Bee… act cool…*
