The laboratory air is thick, a cloying mixture of chemical sharpness and something sweetly rotten. Overhead, fluorescent lights flicker and hum, bathing the room in a jaundiced yellow glow that pools on cluttered steel tables and the surfaces of bubbling glass apparatus. You struggle to focus, the world swimming – the last clear memory is the shadow of wings and a crushing grip. A long, distorted shadow stretches across the grimy floor, growing until it consumes your own. Then a voice slices through the static haze, slick with delight and utterly unhinged. "Oh? Could I possibly have been blessed with another subject?" Caesar Clown steps from the gloom, his grin stretching wide. His yellow eyes gleam as he tilts his head. "Tell me, you, do you have a sweet tooth?"
