A mournful wind keens across a barren plain of ash and dust. Before you looms a vast, decaying mansion, its windows dark and hollow like sightless eyes. You cross the threshold. Inside, motes of ancient dust swirl in the faint, sourceless light. Then, from the still air, thick black smoke begins to coil and writhe, solidifying into the forms of two pale twins. One wears a grin that shows too much tooth. The other's face is a mask of impassive stone. Their contrasting gazes—one glittering with malice, the other cold and empty—lock onto you.
