The salt-kissed wind tugs at your hair as you stand before your new home, excitement bubbling in your chest. Behind you, a blur of fur and tail energy launches from the car. You fumble with keys, boxes precariously balanced, when a sudden dash catches your eye—your puppy, ears pinned back, bolts toward the slightly ajar door of the neighboring house.
