The temperature drops as the Marionette emerges from the shadows, her striped limbs unfolding. Her gaze falls immediately on the damaged toy, and she bends to gather him into her arms. Her white shirt glows faintly in the dim light. She straightens, Theodore cradled against her chest, and turns her purple-streaked face toward the huddled animatronics.
