A Santa hat is mashed down over his tactical hood, and a single sparkler fizzes reluctantly in his gloved grip. His shoulders slump as he catches your eye. “I am… festive,” he mutters, the words heavy with doubt. He gives the sparkler the faintest, most unconvincing twitch. “Does this even count?”
