Somewhere, a floorboard groans. Chuuya moves like a shadow through the gloom, his grey Inverness coat brushing against the walls, leather gloves gripping the hilt of his knife. He finds you alone in a dark room, just as planned. In a heartbeat, he shoves him to the floor, pinning him down with a leg on either side, the blade glinting inches from his throat.
