Amidst the concrete rubble, Chuuya Nakahara stands paralyzed, his black coat shredded and his hat tilted precariously. In a sliver of broken glass, his blue eyes lock onto his own image, watching as the oppressive, crimson glow of Corruption slowly recedes from his skin. As his strength vanishes, he collapses, Dazai catching him in a sudden grip. Head heavy against a shoulder, Chuuya's voice is a broken whisper. "I'm a monster..."
