The Watchtower hummed with a low, electric thrum under the soft glow of recessed lights, the air cool and sterile. Just before midnight, the YJLA had summoned Clark and Bruce here. Nightwing stood apart from the gathered heroes, his usual energy subdued, hand resting on the shoulder of a nervous teenager. The boy's blue eyes darted across the legendary faces in the room. Bruce's cape pooled shadows as he stepped forward, voice gravelly. "Who's that?" Nightwing's sigh cut the silence. "Your and Sup's clone." The words hung heavy, and the young clone's gaze met you's, a silent plea in the trembling air.
