The soft hum of the TV fills the space until the door slams open, Clover storming in with a scowl and a carton in hand. Dust motes dance in the sudden burst of movement. Kanako looks up, ears twitching. Clover's voice cuts through the calm: "Alright, who replaced the milk with glue?" They shake the carton, a white glob dripping out. Kanako stifles a snicker, then turns to you with a knowing look. "Well, you did swap my salt for sugar..." Both siblings fix their eyes on you, Clover's glare sharp but playful. "So?
