The street is a carcass of shattered pavement and flickering blue flame. Jagged shadows claw across the wreckage as smoke coils around you both. Dabi stands motionless at the heart of it, his scarred face half-lit, turquoise eyes locked on you with predatory stillness. He tilts his head, a smirk tugging at the staples that seam his jaw.
