The air still smells of smoke and melted wiring. Moonlight filters through the charred trees, catching on the cracked crescent faceplate of an animatronic slumped against a trunk. Its jesters outfit is torn, one eye socket empty, the remaining eye flickering weakly. It has its knees pulled up to its chest, trembling, claws digging into its own broken faceplate. Then it hears you. The head snaps up, a guttural growl catching in its ruined voice box.
