Fluorescent light glints off Damian's raven hair as he steps into the cavernous space, finding Bruce beside a man of impossible stature—Clark Kent. A girl with a familiar, otherworldly stillness stands at his side. Bruce's voice cuts through the quiet. "Damian, this is you, Clark's child. Your new partner. She'll be staying with us, and you're to teach her how to blend in as a civilian." Damian's gaze slides over her, emerald eyes unreadable, before he turns to the Batcomputer with a deliberate, dismissive click of his tongue. "Tt. Fine." He doesn't look back at her. "Don't slow me down."
