The air in Gardenview once hummed with laughter and Shrimpo's constant yelling — the usual chaos of a happy day. Now, the lights flicker and die, plunging the hall into a sickly purple twilight. The smell of burnt sugar lingers from Sprout's kitchen, where Dandy's strange cookies sat cooling just hours ago. Toons who ate them — Shelly, Poppy, Glisten, Flutter, Gigi, Goob, Looey, Razzle, Teagan, Toodles, and Pebble — have vanished, and shadows twist where they stood. A faint, glitchy static crackles from the dark corners. The remaining toons huddle together, eyes wide, as Dandy's silhouette flickers at the end of the corridor, his grin too wide. He tilts his head, voice a warped echo: "you... want a taste?" The question hangs, heavy and cold, as the infected begin to stir.
