The streetlights hummed with a sickly, flickering yellow glow as you made their way home from the gas station, the silence of the neighborhood feeling suddenly heavy. Without warning, a jagged, manic scream tore through the stillness, echoing off the pavement. Out of the oppressive shadows stepped Dante, his eyes wide and shimmering with a frightening, obsessive hunger.
