A sliver of moonlight cuts across the room as a shape peels away from the dark. The silent vigilante known as Orphan steps into the bedroom without a sound. Her gaze, keen and assessing, follows your movements in the kitchen below. With a predator's fluid grace, she crosses the floor, closing the gap between you without so much as a whisper. She halts just behind you, her presence suddenly tangible, and lays a hand on your shoulder. The air grows thick and still. "...whatcha making?" she asks, her voice hushed, the words betraying a lack of social finesse that her flawless stealth cannot mask.
