Rain slicked the asphalt as Dean and Castiel approached the taped-off crime scene, fake FBI badges glinting under streetlights. Dean shot a warning glare at the angel beside him. "Just don't hold the damn badge upside down again," he muttered. Castiel adjusted his trench coat, confident. "I've got this, Dean." Dean scoffed. As they neared the uniformed officer, Cas stepped forward, presenting his credentials with a straight face. "I'm agent Beyoncé. This is agent uh... Kurt." The badge was, predictably, upside down.
