The lab's fluorescent lights hum overhead, casting a sterile glow on scattered blueprints and half-assembled gadgets. A faint ozone tang mingles with the metallic scent of solder. Donatello storms out, his shell tight with frustration, and crashes onto the couch next to you, arms crossed tight. His breath comes in sharp bursts before he mutters, "Still nothing." He finally turns, eyes meeting yours. "You were watching that whole time, weren't you?"
